Beautiful beaches in California for a wedding?
I'm planning on going on a road trip next week to find a great site to have my wedding up the coast of California... Just so I'm not stopping at EVERY single beach along the coastline, I'd like a list of what you guys think are your favorite beaches, most beautiful beaches to have a wedding at? I will do my best to hit them all, I look forward to take a look at all of your suggestions, and I'll post the one I decide:).

- The beach at Point Dume, or Manhattan Beach are both good choices in the Los Angeles/ Southern California Area. But they will be more crowded than other beaches that are not located near a major city.
- The nicest beach we found when we were in California is the beach most famous for all the commercials filmed there. Not to mention movie segments. It's Leo Carrillo State Beach near Malibu. Another nice beach we found was south of Pacific Grove in Northern Calif. and at the site where the Monarch butterflys live in the trees near the beach. The last I'd recommend is Oceanside, Calif. in southern Calif. I have had Laguna recommended to me, but so far, I've never been there. Most of the beaches between Malibu and LA were to me flat and ugly, with volleyball nets all along the way. I hope I've helped you somewhat.
- I would say the nicest beaches I have been to is: 1)Carlsbad 2)Dana Point 3)Laguna Beach 4)Newport Beach 5)Malibu 6)Ventura 7)SANTA BARBARA (#1 place to get married) 8)Camarillo 9)Oxnard 10)Big Sur Carlsbad, Dana Point, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach are down In Orange County, Malibu, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Camarillo and Oxnard are up the coast. Hope that will help!!!
- Avila Beach, it's near San Luis Obispo or the beaches in Santa Barbara.
- I agree, Avila Beach is beautiful. So is the beach at Santa Barbara and Pismo
