What country in south America has the nicest beaches and best place for couples to go?

I am going away with my boyfriend and we want white sandy beaches and very hot weather. Somewhere in south America, Maybe an Island off the coast. The location also has to be safe.

1. Aruba. Very safe and you wont find friendlier people in the caribbean.
2. It depends on the time of year you're comming. I'm sure that every south american country has a great beach to go to (except Bolivia and Paraguay). 3. if you wanna have a nice time with somebody you have to visit Ecuador, because it has great beaches like montañita ( well known for its waves), Salinas, Olon ( its large and very relaxing, no much people, a lot of privacy), and somewhat important Ecuador is very cheap. Have a nice trip.
